Grove Pet Care
furry kind: branding, packaging and guidelines for a Grove Co. pet care line.

In 2021 Grove Co., known for sustainable home goods, branched into pet care. As freelance creative director I built furry kind: a crest wordmark, colors led by the fragrances, a cast of dogs drawn in one line, and plastic-free refill bottles made to stand out online and on shelf.
A crest for the bath
In which a grooming line gets a coat of arms.
A rounded serif wordmark set inside a crest, repeated in every scent color, with guidelines for the logo, the palette and the type.

A cast of dogs
In which every product gets a dog.
Each product has its own dog, drawn in one line and named: Khan the Kangal, Tulip the Boxer, Cosmo, Yeti, Rupert and Gouda.

Refill, not plastic
In which the bottle comes in every scent.
Refillable bottles in the scent colors, the crest on the shoulder and the product name in the serif, signed with a script.

Online and on the street
In which the dogs go public.
Posters, social and ecommerce, all built from the same crest, colors and cast.
